the only vegan options are variants of salads and sauteed veggies; however, they will be updating their menu soon to compensate for vegan and vegetarian diets.
Not sure... Call them, and check out the Copper Pot restaurant right around the corner, they have good food too. I know they have a gluten-free pizza crust. Not sure about vegan.
