Why on earth would you replace your restaurant with fast food. Popeye chicken on top of that. After a hard day we want to sit down to a good meal. Not a basket of over priced dry tasteless chicken. Poor poor decision.

I have been doing OTR for couple of years, and I NEVER had a good experience with Country Pride or other "sit down" restaurants at TA. Not a single time. Some times it's mediocre at best, other times downright garbage. I donno... Maybe I am spoiled, having spent last 25 years in NYC, where they actually have tens of thousands of restaurants (many of which are excellent)

The owner Tommy sold it years ago to a corporation that's why. Tommy's food was gross and subpar anyway

Sit-down restaurants have been disappearing all over little by little since last log book rule change.
