The facilities are very dirty and unsanitary. Just today I saw a cockroach at the coffee Island and the coffee Island is never clean. The men's bathroom is never clean. I don't dare shower here. On the other hand the folks at work here seem to be quite personable and helpful. Something doesn't add up.

Parking lot attendant this morning was very rude and threatening when I apparently parked somewhere I wasn’t supposed to park, although there were no signs indicating that it was a no parking area.

I have been doing OTR for couple of years, and I NEVER had a good experience with Country Pride or other "sit down" restaurants at TA. Not a single time. Some times it's mediocre at best, other times downright garbage. I donno... Maybe I am spoiled, having spent last 25 years in NYC, where they actually have tens of thousands of restaurants (many of which are excellent)
Popeyes is separate but expensive since it's a travel center. 2 actual restaurants with better pricing nearby.

Because the HEALTH DEPT. Tested it and found ECOLI.... That is why they don't have their ice machine or soda machine. They were using bottled water for the coffee. Now I don't know how the Popeyes in the same building wasn't shut down to.... Go figure!
