This is a Trailer Park for Senior Citizens. Once in awhile they may have a trailer for sale. If you buy it and do not qualify to be a resident of the park, you have to move it out of the Park. No rentals

Brookemeadow mobile home park is a family park off of mack rd n franklin blvd. One of the best kept parks sround. Close to grocery stores n 2 walmarts
