Do yourself and your family a favor and don't stay here in the rainy months the whole place floods do to busted sewer lines underneath the whole area that never gets fixed

If you like cockroaches, crooked owners & being cheated out of your money, then this is the place for you! All Star is not taking any more applications for rent as they are trying to kick everyone out, w/o compensation, so the new owners can tear it down & rebuild it, put in their own trailers & charge unreasonable rents for the financially affluent. Most folks here now are on fixed income & elderly. All they want is your money!!!

They are not taking in new tenants. They are going to upgrade the sewer lines,Electrity and remodel the whole trailer park.

There are no rentals or spaces available, the park is being remodeled . And I'm not sure when they will be done.

Right now we are not. I'm the manager for the park. We are renovating and after ever thing is done,we will be taking in trailers. As for the modular homes that's still being discussed.

Dear Chad, don't bother trying to call. Altho spaces are open, there none available. New owners & they're trying to get rid of us here now. They only need us so they can put that$ into Mc Clellan m.h.p.. As soon as they get all the $ they can from us, we're evicted & if you can't afford to take your trailer with you, they tear it down for scrap... No b.s.! I'm about in that category, can't afford to move let alone give up the$35 credit checks or deposits anywhere else. Don't go to Mc Clellan either, same owners, higher rents over$700 a mo.

You can put in an application sometimes they have openings for trailer's and sometimes they don't sometimes it's only spaces available, but very friendly family Trailer Park
