Yes, you have to buy a wig cap for sanitary purposes for $1 first. I wouldn't recommend buying any of their human hair wigs though! I paid $550 and $400 for two of their "human hair" wigs and and they both stayed getting matted and tangled! You're better off going to one of the virgin hair boutiques around charlotte!

Yes, if you ask one of the associates then they will help you. They also provide a free wig cap to try on the wigs. You do not have to pay $1 for a wig cap to try the wigs on.
No they did not help me.. I ask for a cap they gave it for free and I tried on My own wig brush and comb it all by myself
