My roommate and I have spent upwards of $1,500 at this location and are easily recognized by the women staff members .. yet the male staff member stares us down each eisle. It's giving racist vibes. And their pricing on frontal closures is laughable.

I’ve been to this location many of times over the past 2 to 3 years since I’ve been in Charlotte. They always have what I need so to me that’s quite consistent. And I love consistency, especially when I need something and it’s there and it’s exactly what I want it. I always get a hello when I come in the door, and I always get a thank you when I finish checking out. This is the store that I go to for special items because Sally beauty store doesn’t carry everything, and Sally is very expensive for common items, but they do carry items I can’t get at Ann’s. I will continue to go to Ann’s beauty at this location, to get what I need. And today this store was packed with a lot more merchandise than I have seen in the past three years. They have ALL of the latest products.

I was visiting Charlotte, NC and stopped in. The store was spacious, clean, and very organized. A wide selection at a reasonable price. Yes when Charlotte, NC I will shop here again.
