Yes you need to be a member. Lowest member price is $60 basic. plus tax.

Yes u do need a membership to shop there u don't need one to use the pharmacy

Yes. For renew card was around 60$ (or 50$) for 2 member cards (1 account). Im not sure about 'new member' they have few choices.
