Have been here for over three and a half hours for tire change and oil service which cost over $700. I don't appreciate that every single time you come here, they have multiple sales rep desks in the wait room trying to buy your car off you. Also seems strange that the 'valet' person is blatantly smoking cigarettes and who wants that smell in their car?

Update: the answer they give here is to no avail. They never reply to email either. Terrible after sales service. The seller does not send the information to the insurance for coverage and does not answer me. They forget about the customer once the vehicle is sold. The worst after-sales service. We received the best customer service at this Honda! My husband and I were so impressed with the salesperson who assisted us, Mary Braunreuther. She was super helpful and knowledgeable with all of the car's special features (I looked at the Honda Pilot). We were so impressed. She was simply amazing and so helpful and not pushy. We highly recommend asking for her.

Maybe the dealer would be better If they focused their attention on taking care of their customers instead of paying for Google reviews (evident with any SEO software or just by looking at the number of thumbs up on bad reviews vs. the lack of engagement with 5 star reviews). These people are typical Long Island scum. They can’t even detail my car correctly, I can’t trust that they’ll even change my oil correctly (or change it at all).
