Nope to all that. Each MA dispensary company is only allowed so many shops. Then among those shops only so many can be both. So they looked at probably top performing locations as keepers first.
Sunny side just recently switched to medical only, they are going to b opening up a recreational part on another part of the building. And about the elevator question, you dont need to use the elevator, you walk in and the door for the medical use is on the left.
They are only medical because there was a snafu in the licensing agreement and now recreational is going to be away from this city and moved to Brockton with all the others: In Good Health, Commonwealth Community Care, etc.
I thought I read something about a broken elevator so curbside only. But I never used the elevator so unsure why it matters
Because it's their prerogative and also up to their discretion to whom they want to sell there products too. You can always call and ask them though 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
