Why is it that every day I stop here for lunch and I have to pull over and wait for them to bring it out to me? And when I get it it's not as hot as if it came right if the grill?

They are very busy at lunch. If you want a real answer to this, either call the McDonalds and speak to a Manager or go to the corporation website and complain.
