Yes all dogs were allowed last time I was there and or checked. You cannot leave dogs unattended in the room all day. But they are allowed to stay.

They allow small dogs. Of course notify at check in
I believe they have pet rooms. Not positive but when I checked in they asked me of I had any small pets
