Ordered food on the app to be delivered. Waited an hour after it was supposed to be delivered then called domino’s & the girl gave an attitude. When asked how they would make it right for having to reorder the food, a free 2 litter was offered. That was ok with me & waited another 30 mins. Still did not receive the food or a call back to inform me. So I called back yet again (second time calling), was told to wait for the manager. So I did, left on hold this time for over 15 mins only to find out that my order was cancelled. When I was finally able to speak to manager, I was told that I supposedly cursed at the girl over the phone. The manager did offer to give us a remade pizza if we showed up to pick them up. So I did. While at pickup I still claimed I did not curse at anyone at pickup & asked the manager in person to review the audio call transcript. He said he would look into it but may wouldn’t be able to pull the audio from the call all a of sudden. When leaving, the entire staff but the manager was outside of the store, being loud & carrying on. The manager basically said that it’s in our best interest that we do not return to this location. He did seem to make the excuse for the young women that she doesn’t just accuse people & she’s been there 2 years. Very horrible customer service. I did not know Dominos makes a habit of accusing customers of cursing after they screwed up an order and make customers wait almost 3 hours to receive their order.

I ordered 3 extra large pizzas. They are supposed to be 16". They measured a little over 14". I I would have paid them for large pizzas but the manager called me a cheat and ordered me out of the store.

Placed an order for delivery around 11:30 pm the website said if I placed an order before 12 pm the pizza would be delivered and never received the pizza afterwards. Never received a phone call or notification for a cancelation even though they said they did and the person I spoke to over the was very rude when spoken to about it he said the website doesn't control the store so I think they shouldn't be displaying a message saying the pizza would be delivered if placed before 12 and they definitely shouldn't be lying about contacting a customer for cancelation. Terrible customer service and the pizza isn't that great anyway its just cheap that's all it has going for it. I'll take my business elsewhere due to terrible communication and poor customer service.

I ordered pizza on saturday Christmas eve at 3:57pm. My husband went to get it at 4:30pm because we only live 10min away and the store was closed when he arrived. I called Monday afternoon and manager was ugly and wouldn't give me my money back. He lied saying I didn't come get it til 3 hours later. Manager was rude very disrespectful. They took my money and closed with no pizza for my family. We went to a different pizza place and they had better customer service all around.. I won't be going back they lost my business.
