Go to Charity Navigator for a report. The last Charity Navigator report for the Allentown Rescue Mission was 2017 where they scored 75.21 or two stars out of a possible four. As a 501(c)3 they failed to provide a direct link to their IRS Form 990 which provides transparency of financial operations which donors can utilize to determine the efficacy their financial support.
