The $80 price is for spay and neuter of pets. It's only about $40 to spay and neuter TNR cats. All the information including their schedule 4 TNR cats is on their website. I don't believe they have TNR traps to loan anymore. But a similar organisation call No Nonsense neutering has traps that you can borrow. Also, if you need additional help there are organizations such as n No Kill Lehigh Valley that can be of assistance.
You could buy a trap from Lowe's catch it wash it and then return it make sure you have your receipt if Peaceable Kingdom don't have traps call them up they'll get back to you within 2 days
Not sure if they participate in trap and release but it costs $85 for spay/neuter. I'd give them a call to see about the trap and release. I'm sure if they don't they can tell you who to call.
