Husband purchased me a Gemini Party Caster karaoke machine, for my 50th birthday. The microphones, started working intermittently. Unfortunately there's not much literature out there, for these machines. I contacted the store today and no one was able to answer any of my questions. As they don't have much knowledge on them. Why would you sell a product, with no knowledge of them? Initially at the time if purchase, the salesman was very eager, very friendly. My husband didn't know anything about karaoke machines. And was really hoping, that someone would lead him in the right direction. Regarding purchasing a good, reputable product. Which is why he chose guitar center, and not a franchise store, such as Wal-Mart. Hoping that when I call back tomorrow, someone with knowledge, can help me. Also, when I tried calling the store today, the gentleman said he was doing a "buy in" and had to keep going. Therefore he couldn't talk to me. Not very happy at all, with this store.
