This place is a rip off. Please ask the cost of an oil change for your make and model before getting the services done. $160 for an oil change for a 4 cylinder is ridiculous. They told me my car uses European oil, which makes no sense because my car (Infiniti) is a Japanese car, not European. My car takes 5.1-5.3 quartz but they told me my car takes 7 quarts so they charged me an extra oil change fee of $24 for this “reason”. Please know your car and be careful going to this business for oil changes!

Sad there isn’t a 0 star option 1 star is too generous. Took my 2021 Dodge Durango for an oil change back in feb 17th and went to get an oil change today and the oil filter housing is torqued down so tight the whole housing and oil cooler needs to be replaced. After filing a claim it was denied by the store manager which took over 2 months ago and area manager which is also the regional manager (go figure). They did a solid 10 minute investigation and there reasoning was that the torque mechanism they use won’t allow them to go past the proper level. A trainee worked on my car too who knows what she set it to. Have it at the dealership now they said it’s on so tight they can’t even get it off so $1300 later they have to replace the whole system. I’ll write another review with pictures when I get them so you don’t just read there response “I’m sorry about this call the store ah ah ah”. Definitely taking this up another level since there franchise isn’t controlled by one person.
