I'm a long-term Green Acres (GA) customer. At 1 time I was an auto-fill-fuel customer but that didn't last very long since I used less fuel oil than their AI programs estimated. So, I became a will-call/ as needed customer and GA simply added a few cents to their auto-fill price. Well, today, in our current high price and sock it to everybody you can environment, someone at GA decided faithful long-term customers mean nothing, and as usual, the almighty buck means a whole more. So, get-em while you can boys! So instead of the few cents over advertised auto-fill price I was usually charged, this time I was charged $.12 over the auto-fill price per gallon, even after I explained my previous many years of experience with GA. It really pays to a good customer. Fidelity - to thyself be true.

We have used them a few times since moving into our new place but this last time was a horrible experience. The lady who answers is very nice and willing to help but there a gentleman who answers and he is very rude.he even laughed when I asked when my fuel would be delivered to tell me that is would be about almost 2 weeks but there online ordering says 1 to 3 days for delivery. Oh and was also told off for using a debit card cause they can put up a warning not to use a debit card cause of holds which I understand but what I do not understand is how you can warn people not to use a debit card but can't put anything online about there delivery service being backed up and now our funds are depleted were out of oil and still waiting for the "HOLD" on my account release the funds so I can order else where

Good prices but questionable service. I was subscribed to their auto-fill program and I ran out of oil. They offered 24/7 emergency services but called repeatedly over 3 hours with no response. When they answer, the sales people are courteous and respectful. Don't be hesitant to purchase oil from Green Acres. Just be a diligent consumer and keep track of your oil consumption.

Hello! Our minimum delivery is 150 gallons. Deliveries less than 150 Gallons are assessed a fee of 50 cents for every gallon short of the 150. Example: If you wish to purchase 100 gallons from us, that would be 50 gallons below our minimum delivery. At .50 cents per gallon, it would total a below minimum fee of $25. Kleen burn additive is a multifunctional ashless fuel additive that is specially formulated for use in all types of home heating fuel oils. The additive helps the fuel burn more completely, and reduce emissions, smoke and any particulates. It also helps break down any sludge or and/or oxidation that can be forming in the tank.
Tank sizes vary, but the typical household tank with a nominal size of 275 gallons, will only hold 250 gallons. This size tank will take approx 180 gallons if the gauge on the tank is accurate and shows 1/4.

We do offer Automatic Delivery, if you do NOT have/use alternate heating appliances such as: heat pumps, geo-thermal, electric heaters, pellet stoves, fireplaces, wood or coal stove, etc. Alternate heat sources make it impossible to establish your oil usage, due to variable usage, causing you to run out of oil. Being on Automatic Delivery requires a credit card on file that is pre-authorized when a delivery is made. You then have 5-7 days to send us the payment via check.
We do not offer prepaid contracts.

We deliver Monday-Friday. If you run out of oil, we have emergency delivery services for an additional charge.
We offer home heating oil delivery (standard 1-3 day delivery or emergency delivery). Heating and cooling services include: maintenance, cleanings, repairs, and installation.
We accept cash on delivery, check w/credit card authorization, money order, or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover (additional fees may apply).
