I have done my renewal for June back in the beginning of May and still have yet to get a letter in the mail for acceptance or denial. What is going on with their system? Is anyone else having this issue?

I found out the system was down!

I did my renewal in June haven’t heard anything. & they will send you a notice if your renewal is approved or denied. I get my notices electronically and by mail and I have always gotten one. On the gateway website it did state there is a delay with the notices.

If you do a renewal, the only way you'll receive a letter in the mail is if you didn't do your renewal or didn't do it correctly... Then you will receive a letter of closing the case
