I don't know, but need go back into training or replace her with someone who need a job and love to help customers. Go over her head to her boss or call the corporate office. So true
I would call corporate, b/c I feel nothing will get done....definitely call corporate. You don't want them to keep this issue brushed under the rug. We need to start taking complaints to corporate, or posting reviews like these in order to be heard.
