I had a very bad experience at this horrible hospital. They need to re-evaluate most of the staff because they have really bad attitude even the Doctor. What happened to bed side manner. After this experience I wouldn’t take my dog there.

After I got with some head administrators my mothers stay got better

@Macon Hickman you can call to speak to the manager or contact your insurance to file a grievance. I know long busy nights and short staffed may have played a key role in this bad experience. But, still its never excuse to treat patients this way.

I actually had a very good experience.
