They referred me to an orthopedic specialist, so I don't see why they couldn't refer to an ear specialist, I would ask. I hope this helps and hope whomever needs gets to feeling better soon
They should be able to refer you to an outside specialist. Especially if they are set as your primary care on your insurance.
