After transferring my Mother to the LIFE CARE ALF facility 2 1/2 years ago I have had nothing but positive praise for the facility as well as the ALF staff. It is far superior to any other facility I have been in. My mother will be 101 yrs. of age in a few weeks and came from a very poorly-run center in another state. Adjustment was difficult but I was extremely pleased with the patience and compassionate care she continues to receive. Just entering the doors sets it apart from many typical nursing home facilities and the staff has always been welcoming and friendly. Except for the months when there were no visitors due to Covid, I regularly visited two to three times a week. I never once saw any incident of abuse or lack of concern when an issue needed to be addressed. I have been so pleased that I dedicated my newest poetry book, Reflections on Perseverance--Enduring Trials with Faith and Patience to the ALF staff! If I were to need assisted living it would be my first choice!

Life of Care Center of Sparta IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!! My mom's short stay at this place was a total night mare and she still suffers from PTSD due to the lack of care and treatment she received. DO NOT SEND A LOVED TO THIS PLACE! They lie and make every situation the patients fault. I hid outside the window and witnessed the horrible treatment myself and then immediately brought my Mom home with me.

am/was a resident of this facility After having double knee replacement, I needed a place to recuperate for just a few weeks after the surgery. I was hesitant about going to a nursing home, and I also felt a little awkward because I was younger than most of the residents. However, I was made to feel most welcome and was well taken care of. I was able to get all of my physical therapy done on a daily basis and rest afterwards. My family was allowed to come and encourage me, and I proceeded with my rehabilitation very quickly. In fact, I continued with Lifecare‘s physical therapy for another two weeks and was ready to be out on my own. I was walking without a walker or a cane after just four weeks! (The doctors had estimated 10 to 12 weeks with walking assistance such as a cane or walker. ). The staff was fabulous, friendly, and accommodating! I have also visited many friends there in the nursing home and assisted living areas. I would highly recommend this facility, and if any of my loved ones needed their care I would not hesitate to use them.

Life Care in Sparta has been wonderful taking care of my son. They have treated him, myself, and our family like their own family. I appreciate how they have handled the Corona Virus and how they have been communicating with the families during this time. I am very thankful for all they do.
