I don't know about this doctor because I haven't been to him yet, but I have been going to a "notable" pain management office in Ocala and one CVS and one Walgreen refused ç to fill my meds. I've been going to a different Walgreens for over a year and have never had a problem. Sometimes it's just the particular pharmacist...not the pharmacy.
