I keep trying to reschedule an appt & I leave a VM, but no call-back! Just referred to Patient Portal--I was not given info on accessing a portal. My appt is coming up & I can't reschedule! Can someone give me info on this?

You may have to go there in person because a friend can mine can never get anyone on the phone either.
