At a guess, twenty-four. [Edit: I just counted in the photos and there are seven rows of two double pumps each so 28 total. I've never had to wait except for once during a hurricane evacuation when all of Jacksonville was there getting gas at the same time.]
I'm not sure of the exact number but i can say they have plenty
