Lately I find the frys aren't as good as they use to be. Do they make them ahead of time?.Hamburgers, hot dogs are great..Employees are very friendly and nice..Just the frys .still coming from Idaho? Thank you..

I do service work there, not affiliated with 5guys. Every morning, fresh potatoes are cleaned, cut and made ready for the day. I eat here because I've seen the care and preparation of the food, including the meats and vegetables. I'd go as far to say if my food fell on the floor I'd still eat it. To the original question, fries are cut early but not cooked until ordered.
