not helpful at all, they r liar!! I bought a watch there! it doesn't work, i being trying to get it fix, now I been paying for something that don't work n i can even cancel the service for something that doesn't work. I call customer service n all I get is lies by phone n in the store. all i want to b able to use what I bought, I should just have bought one jcpenney it cost less n it work. I been sent to go to customer service and to go to the store and no one can fix the problem n all that i want is to b able to use my watch n all they want is for me to buy more insurance on something that have insurance already. they told me over n over to bring the watch over to the store that they can help me n went I go there they so busy that they just rushed me out or try to sell me more insurance or that have to call customer service, it going to b almost a year now that they sold me the watch I still have not been able to get help for it n I can even cancel the service! n that I been a customer for more than 2 decade and have 8 or more lines with them, I am every upset with there service n the around up around I been going with them. I have done everything that they have told me to do with no results!!!!!!! maybe is time to go with other cell phones company 🤔

They make you mail Direct TV back in and they supply the postage and tracking number.
You would have to go thru insurance which is asurion company. They told me they could send me a replacement phone but i would have to pay 160. They dont fix screens at the store
