Can young children go there to eat

I don't think I've ever seen any there. Give them a call, you'll need reservations anyway.

Of course open to the public, inside it's a store of mostly womans clothing. Very nice where kids would need to keep their hands down and be supervised by adult when not eating

Well behaved young children who ubderstand appropriate behavior woukd be fine. Alrhough have not noticed booster seats
