If I could give no stars I would. We tried to use the app for $3.00 off total purchase of $15 or more. Our total was over $20. The female cashier couldn't get the QR code to work so we asked for a manager. The manager showed up looking like he didn't even want to be there as well as as if he has been drinking on the job. He couldn't get the QR code to work either and he said sorry his boss wouldn't approve if he just gave the discount!!! Wow unreal! So we just paid and left. Fries were soggy and the sandwiches were warm not hot.

For the most part, everything was as expected. Unfortunately, no chili sauce with my chili. No sour cream with my SOURCREAM and chives potato. Also received four forks, but no spoon for the chili.

The soft drinks are awful, they are never right. This location seems to always mess something up in our order. No wonder people love Chick-fil-A the order is always right.

Very refreshing to see a young staff working well together. Look pleasant and very attentive to customers and store duties outside of just customer service. Food was good too :) March 3, 2022 11:30am
