Jason in pharmacy treated me like I was from Mars when I wanted to pay with cash. Not nice. Made me wait crazy amount if time because cash. Do not keep cash. What about disadvantaged clients who do not have credit cards. Uncaring.

I dropped off two disposable cameras two months ago. The receipt says they were printed one week after dropping them off yet they never called me. When i received my pictures i only got 24 and 10 pictures that weren’t even mine. They lost 36 of my pictures and lied saying my order is still processing and it would take another 2 months yet i got selected photos from both cameras. They clearly made that up just to get me out of the store. These pictures were so important to me because I had ones from my college graduation and now i’ll never get them. On top of that I paid $35 for missing pictures and other peoples pictures. The manager gave me such a hard time when I asked for my money back. I will never return to this walgreens. They are so unreliable and don’t care if they mess up.

The heavy set guy that opens up the store at the main register at 6 a.m is very disrespectful.I asked where the printer ink was and responded "Its over there man!" while pointing his finger at the isle and turning back around while rolling his eyes.Then I asked him for help because the ink had key locks on it.He ignored me for about 1 minute and just kept doing his work on the computer with his earphones on.Finally he got the key and I checked out and proceeded to the door.The ink electronic tag set the store alarm off and so I went back in so he can verify the receipt.While walking back to him he was already walking towards my direction and asked "What do you need now man!?".I told him,"your alarm went off for the ink".He responded very rudely while motioning with his hand to leave "Just go man,go!".If you hate your job or people quit,simple as that.DO NOT go here.

Scheduled a covid test online, received acceptance of the time in place for the covid test, by email. I was the third car in line when I showed up. Helping me was definitely not the thing they had in mind for the day. They were already in picnic mode, peas and greens. A favorite combination, for me also. I was supposed to receive the results of the test in approximately two hours. It is now noon time of the following day Memorial Day. Continuing to self isolate and will go ahead and arrange for another covid test. My heart felt support for all families of our soldiers.
