I would have to say anything is POSSIBLE! I did hear that there was free A.C. availabile locally! Sorry not sure where, what, when etc. Suggest keep ears open, keep asking and PRAY! 😳
Probably not. They may be able to direct you to an agency to assist but they don't give things away.
