I had their new chicken salad. It was great...but should be served on a bed of lettuce and not as a sandwich....too wet!
They made me late to work gave me the wrong order at the drive-thru after having to wait salons are there any fast food drive-thru have I ever been to. I even ended up getting a bad case of the runs afterwards. they did give me a multigrain bread with a whole bunch of lettuce only. It was just a really bad experience for me. But Arby's is usually good I think they were just having a bad day or something.
I take it you had a bad experience there.
