Someone told me the service at Amy Ruth's is mediocre, yet, someone told me that ever since the kids took over Silvias, the food is no longer as good. Amy Ruth's or Silvia's? WHO do I believe? I just want chicken

I visited Sylvia's a year ago and the service was friendly, but slow and the food was great! Amy Ruth's service was not a pleasant one. The chicken was nice and crispy, but needed some seasoning. Perhaps their dinner menu is better. I choose Sylvia because of the descent service and the chicken was seasoned well.

I got burnt greens and white people's crunchy stringbeans with no seasoning and am not sure It's African American owned anymore. All the cooks are white and the servers west Indian. I didn't see any AA's in there. Disappointed.
