Actually there isn't anything like that for the women. I know because I was left out in the cold. Once the women's beds reach capacity they will tell you to resort to your natural resources but no one will be able to explain to you what that means exactly.
It depends. For men, there is overflow, which is a first come first serve basis. For women, they stay at the main facility, although am sure there is something like that for them as well.
