Horrible customer service. I've never experienced more dis-respect and unprofessional action in my life. BREEZE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON. I don't know much about running a business but if this is how you treat customers you won't be in business long.

Know one said anything to me about leaving a deposit. Nothing was explained to me in any detail and all I got was the artist IG. The other artist had an appointment.

Is this because you were requiring to put down a deposit? Every appointment is required to do so. I was at this establishment getting my tattoo done while you came in and you were asked to leave a deposit and you requested a photo and was very impatient and didn’t give time to the artist to help you.
