I’m moving to Connecticut from New York, so my question is what do I need to do to change my license plates and my license ??

If the license is good he doesn't take written test just the eye test and pay 120.00 i believe ..and he gets license in the mail...i switched mine from.ohio..and plates get insurance and register like u just bought it..

First thing you need to do is turn in your new york plates to your DMV. Second is you have to take the Connecticut written test.pick up a copy of the study book at any ct.DMV. GOOD luck
