Yes. Most are easy and flat. The boardwalk trail does have just a few small steps.
I concur. The terrain varies, but my general impression was that most of the trails are among the flattest in CT.
The trails vary widely in elevation and road surface, but you should have no problem finding easy, level terrain to enjoy.
Many are perfect for your needs. Most are gravel and wide. I would avoid the little pond trail right now due to a few stairs or any of the ones off of rt 63
