The mall and individual stores are very nice for the most part , I've never had issue there as a trans person myself, Victoria's secret is a regular spot for me and I'm always treated nice by staff and offered help finding proper fitting bras ..
It is a very diverse friendly place, everyone doing their own thing. Visit it, enjoy, shop , eat something and be yourself. Have fun!
