Rustys was horrible today! And their customer service was really bad, it's okay to make mistakes or hava off day but when the customer has to ask basically for an apology, that sucks! Not happy with Rustys today at all can't believe their attitudes

That is a sad situation. Im sorry that you had a bad experience. Ive been there countless times and never had a bad time. Hope they turn it around.it only takes 1 time for me to stop going to any one place

Amanda maybe you should give them another chance and ask to speak to her personally and let her know how you feel. Im sure she will apologize just for the simpke fact that you went back to eat and speak to her. Hope youll try again.

There's a woman there, she said she was the owner but she's actually the one that wasn't very hospitable!! I've been there alot to Angel Ruiz and always enjoy it and feel comfortable but today's visit really makes me not want to go back.

I miss the only owner, he was so unbelievably friendly.
