No the people are probably dicks that get "banned" if they actually ban people. You haven't even been there according to your question so you're in no position to comment on the matter
Some of the best service I've had. They're pleasant and it's a relaxing atmosphere. What a coffee house should be. All type go there suits and flannels, left and right, it doesn't matter. Great coffee great people best coffee house around.

The only people to ever be banned from here have done awful stuff to deserve it and it usually was after being warned to not act a certain way numerous times. The staff here are great been going for 12 years

I have been going there off and on since they have been open and really have not had any issues. They cater to Wesleyan students Middletown police officers and even CVH patience. So yeah there's a chance that someone can rub you the wrong way. They do there best and there coffee is most awesome. My favorite coffee shop.
I've never had an issue. I love that place.
The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The only people I've seen get banned, most certainly deserved it and received several changes to avoid it.
It takes an awful lot to be banned from this establishment I've been going there for 18 years
I have never encountered that problem and I have been going here half my life. Unfortunately less often since having a family but still nave never seen it. Sorry you had such a bad experience.
I did not see or felt any unkindness toward me or any customers that came through. They were very nice, ambience was nice, and their drinks were good, too.
