No. Prices are regulated like liquor, you also need a medical card issued by the state. Can't just walk up. Those questions will be answered once you apply for and receive your license. Your first appointment is informational and you'll get all the policies and they answer questions. Can't stress enough that it's not somewhere you can just show up to.
