When i day down to purchase my pool they outlined everything I needed. If i recall correctly, the pool is 2' into the ground and the digger, installer and plumber were all bundled together. I needed to get my own electrician. Also, I filled for permits and needed to get my own survey and permit. Overall, it worked out pretty well except getting the permit from the town.
They have third party installers but offer a bundled price. They generally provide a few options so you can pick one.
The price for the installers was a separate amount from the cost of the pool, but they recommend third-party installers that they use frequently, and they told me what their pricing would be.
