Hi Jeri, unfortunately if you were to change your pool wall you would not be able to salvage your pool liner as the cut out for your skimmer and return will never line up with the cut outs in the new wall. How badly rusted is your wall? If not severe the. Maybe someone could sand out the rust and repaint the areas. Otherwise you are looking at a pretty significant repair.
You should ask someone at your local pool supply dealer. I just shop there.
