You can take it to the Ohio wildlife center, they are located off the 270 freeway and sawmill on billingsley avenue. They are in the same center as animal Care unlimited and you will go to the right side of the building where the big white tent is. Or you can take it to the Ohio bird sanctuary in Mansfield off the 71 freeway. Both places are closed right now but should open tomorrow morning. There's not a fee to drop them off.

I also would recommend this place. I, unfortunately, discovered a rabbit den in my backyard while mowing. The wildlife center took the babies in so they could find them a surrogate mother until they could go on their own. They did not charge a fee, and they not did not ask for a donation of any sort. (That said, they do accept donations to help fund their services if you choose.)
