Chloe is right, usually most shows are open to the general public regardless of age, however sometimes there are shows that have age restriction, so you would need to check with the ticket seller and maybe the PromoWest business office, who owns the Newport, to make sure of the shows age restriction.

Typically, no. Some shows are 18 and over, so you will have to check the general info about the show, which is usually printed on your ticket.

It depends on the show but most of time especially concerts you don't. You only need your ID inside if you want to get a wristband to order drinks if you're 21 else you don't need your ID
