There is a parking garage just down the street - literally walking distance - where we parked for a wedding.
We parked just a block and a half away. Only $3 for 3 hours or $6 until 5am. We paid with credit card at the kiosk opted for text alerts. Found out that you can add 60 minutes to 1129 minutes via text! Very convenient if you end up needing more time.
There is a parking structure very close! Super convenient.
Parking garage nearby and on-street parking meters. There are various side streets (parallel to 4th) where parking spots at meters (free after 11pm) can likely be found, if none are available across the street on 4th or you prefer not to pay to park in the garage.
