Why did you change the Tuesday senior 10 per cent discount? Not happy with that decision. This time of year you should be catering to your year round loyal customers. Unless it changes I will be shopping the competition store instead.

Perhaps, especially with less tourists at this time of year, the wonderful residents of the Senior Housing nearby could make a show of solidarity and change their minds? Just a thought. I will help if I can. What I mean is, if all the Seniors made the decision to boycott Big Y until they get the discount back, they would be practically forced to change their ways.

You have a point in business during the slow period the store should recognize it's year round base or will not survive.

I asked the same question and I was told Big Y was offering other weekly discounts that were comparable. I have yet to figure that out!!
