Not heated and no flotation devices of any kind.
Not heated, and all flotation devices are prohibited (we were taken aback at first but in the end it was best for our new 5-year old swimmer!) There's a 1' and 2' kiddie pool.
Not heated, and yes I believe toddlers can wear floaties
