Yes they have parking located behind the temple on Smart Street and it is free of charge and on a first come first serve basis. But on special days when there are festivals and pujas it is hard to find parking. I do recommend getting there early on those days if you need to look for street parking which is available in all the streets near the temple.
No they don't have but there is lot of street parking along the side of the temple and adjustant roads

Yes there is a Temple parking spot. It's located on Smart Street behind temple. It's a free parking space, but capacity is bit less. So the earlier the better. There are few Disabled parking spots too.
